Here is how the ordering Process works.

1- Pick the package you would like Producer Keith to  produce. (If you don't see a package that fits your needs, just drop Producer Keith a email or phone call and we will work with you.)

2- Once you fill out our order form, you will receive an email from Producer Keith.  You will receive instructions on how to send and label the pictures.  If you have selected the Picture Shipment service, you will receive an email with a FedEx shipping label in it.

3- Once you have all your pictures put together, pack them up and send them to us.  We highly suggest that you ship FedEx or UPS because they have great tracking services in the event that the package is lost in the shipping process, they can find it quickly.

4- Once we receive the pictures, we will get to work. When we are finished, we will send you a link so you can view the video online and let us know of any changes that you would like done. Feel free to tell us anything, it is your video and we want you to be 100% happy with the final product. Once the changes have been made, we will send you another video to preview. If everything looks ok, we will burn it on to a DVD for you.  We will ship your pictures back with the DVD.

5- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a FedEx tracking number.

6- Sit back and watch your DVD over and over again with all of your friends. If you need more copies, just let us know. Thanks!
